The conference is the only annual event where members meet as a group. It has both professional and social activities to facilitate the exchange of information. Attendance at the conference is limited to members only.

The 2006 MIX conference was held October 22 - 27, 2006 in Atlanta, Georgia.
The 2005 MIX Conference was held September 25 - 30, 2005 in Clark County (Las Vegas) Nevada.
The 2004 conference was held September 12-16, 2004.
The 2003 conference was held September 7- 11.
